Legal Right of Withdrawal
Our primary goal is to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
However, if a customer wishes to exchange or return a product, they have the right to do so within 14 days from the date of receipt, without any return fees, provided the return is made through our partnered courier company (COURIER CENTER).
Product exchanges can be made for any item of equal or greater value. Additionally, customers have the option to exchange the product for any other item available in the online store.
Specifically, if you need to return a product, you must first contact us to initiate the process. This can be done by phone or electronically at info@eragon.gr. You will be notified by email once we receive and process the returned item.
If more than one product from the same order is being returned, they must all be shipped together.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For a product to be eligible for return, it must not be used, damaged, washed, altered, or otherwise affected, and the original identification tag and all fabric labels must be attached to the product, along with any accompanying documents (e.g., Sales Receipt – Delivery Note, etc.).
The customer is required to try on the purchased item without removing the tag. If the tag is removed, the product will be considered altered and will not be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for any depreciation in the value of the products as a result of improper handling that affects their nature, characteristics, or functionality.
Customized products, tailored to the customer’s specifications, cannot be returned.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, are not accepted if the seal has been broken after delivery.
For swimwear, returns are accepted only if tried on over clothing. Otherwise, for hygiene reasons, the return will not be accepted.
In the case of shoe returns, labels and packaging tape must not be applied directly to the shoe box. If the shoe box is damaged, the return will not be accepted.
Thus, you must handle the products with due care while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions, any accompanying documents, and all accessories (dustbags, hangers, cases, etc.).
In all cases, products must be returned with the receipt you received upon delivery.
If all the above conditions are met, our store is obliged to replace the product with another item of the customer's choice.
In the case of a product of greater value, the difference will be charged to the customer.
Product returns are processed at the current price of the item at the time of receipt by the courier.

Return Fees
For exchanges, the customer is charged €4.90 (€2.00 for shipping + €2.00 for return costs + €0.90 for the cash on delivery fee).
If you choose not to use any of the available free return methods, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that if you choose to return the goods via any other method, we reserve the right to charge you for any direct expenses incurred for receiving the products in this way.
Defective Products
Products are considered defective if they are damaged upon receipt or if they exhibit a manufacturing defect within one month of the purchase date. Products that are damaged due to wear and tear from usage are not considered defective.
Any products showing a visible manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product if available; otherwise, the customer may choose another item.
If you believe the product you received does not comply with the terms of the Contract or shows a defect, you must contact us immediately, describing the product and its defect in detail. We will then provide you with instructions for further action.
In the case of disputed claims, the store reserves the right to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection to determine whether the claim is valid. The user will be informed of the outcome of their claim. Where possible, the store will repair the defective product.
You can return the product by delivering it to the courier service (courier) that we will send to your home. The product must be returned with the receipt that accompanied it upon delivery.
For the return and new shipment of defective products, the customer will not be charged any shipping costs.
If there is a price difference for the new item, the customer will bear the additional cost.
We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe whether you are entitled to a repair or a replacement with another product.
Refunds
If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they have the right to exchange it for another product within 14 days from the day of receipt or receive a refund for the product's value. The store will refund the money within 14 days from receiving the cancellation request.

Eragon reserves the right to modify or terminate its return policy by publishing the new terms and conditions on its website.
