Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the Store and the customer shall be subject to the competent Courts of Agrinio. The protection provided by the provisions of the law concerning contracts concluded remotely, as well as these terms, is emphasized to apply exclusively to transactions with natural persons, who engage in transactions for purposes not related to their commercial, craft, business, or freelance professional activity. In the event of non-compliance with any term of this agreement, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
